It was my 2nd time at Incwala Lodge and what a pleasant stay it was. The staff members were helpful, friendly and considerate. I really loved the chalet; it had everything that we needed and expected from a self-catering accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient midway on the way to Kruger if you can only leave. Lovely big house with everything you need. We struggled with the shower. It has a gas geyser and is difficult to control the temperature. I would suggest taking your own fans. We closed the windows at night as there are no burglar bars, and we were not sure of the security situation in the area. Ventilation is a problem then, as there are no windows in the loft areas.

Nice environment but not for a group of friends/family. If you come to stay a night or two, this would be a good place. The area is beautiful, it's close to the highway and it has enough sleeping space and rooms for two families to share the house. It is stylishly decorated and also nice mattresses. However, it was disappointing for us: there are no outdoor chairs, very little kitchen equipment: no whisk, no baking trays and only exactly ten of everything. The underfloor heating and gas heater did not work and the shower door is broken.
