Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

All guests are required to sign in and provide valid contact details upon arrival.

A valid ID or passport must be presented at check-in, along with the credit card used for the online deposit. The cardholder must be present.

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted access to the property.

Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00. Guests are kindly asked to keep noise levels and electronic devices to a minimum volume during this time.

Any issues, such as plumbing, drainage, appliance malfunctions or security concerns, should be reported to the host immediately so they can be resolved promptly.
