Description

Isinkwe Bushcamp offers budget, rustic accommodation in a nature bush camp. We have one self-catering unit and clients staying in the rest of the rooms are welcome to make use of the communal, outdoor kitchen to prepare your meals. Isinkwe Bushcamp is only 25 minutes drive from the Memorial Gate, Northern entrance to the Hluhluwe/Imfolozi Game Park and set within 22 hectares of indigenous sand forest, we offer the best natural bush experience at budget rates in the area. We are 25 km South from Hluhluwe town and 60 km North from St Lucia town.

On arrival, you are greeted by shady trees forming a tranquil hideaway and an excellent base from which to explore the unspoilt African wildlife destinations, such as the Hluhluwe/Imfolozi Park and the Isimangaliso Wetlands Park. The camp abounds with resident bird life, as well as other small animals such as duiker antelope, mongoose, and tortoises perhaps making their appearance throughout the day.

Accommodation options consist of a self-catering chalet, rooms with en suite bathrooms and rooms with shared, communal bathroom facilities. The Bushbaby Tree Cabin is the only unit with its own kitchen. The rest of the rooms make use of our outdoor communal kitchen and bbq area, close to the pool area. The kitchen is approximately 100 meters from the rooms.
