Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Please note that parts of the house are accessed via stairs and are therefore not suitable for small children, elderly guests, or those with disabilities.

Only small, well-behaved pets are allowed, as the owners also have pets on the premises.

Mai lo stesso is child- and pet-friendly. Children are not allowed to run in the hut. Failure to follow this rule may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. Pets are allowed only with prior consent and for an additional fee. Only small, well-behaved, house-trained dogs are permitted. Pets may not be left inside the house for long periods unattended, nor are they allowed on the guesthouse bedding. Please bring their own bed and an extra blanket if needed.
We are a non-smoking establishment. Ashtrays are provided outside the building.
Only guests who have booked may sleep on the premises.
Visits are at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No parties are allowed. No loud music after 22:00.
If any appliances are broken or repairs are needed, please report them to the owner.
Each unit has a wooden box outside in which the keys must be locked upon check-out.
Guests are responsible for any breakage or damage to items inside or outside the unit and will be liable for the replacement value if damages exceed the breakage fee.
