Jakaranda Unit 12 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a secure seafront complex in Uvongo, close to the popular Uvongo Pier and swimming beach and offers uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean.

The apartment accommodates 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and opens onto a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and the second bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and breakfast bar with seating. The adjacent lounge offers comfortable seating and a TV.

Guests have access to a private balcony with outdoor furniture. Additional features include a designated, covered parking bay close to the unit's entrance, and communal braai facilities that are cleaned daily. The complex is equipped with electric fencing and electronically controlled gates, with three secure pedestrian exits providing direct access to the beachfront.
