My stay was nice. The place was nice but a very small apartment, and what I was not happy about was that there were no extra towels; they only provided two.

Hi Lillian, thanks for your note. You stayed for 1 night and we offered 2 towels just like any hotel would do. If you had asked for more, we would have gladly assisted. It's an exec suite, 35 sqm, as mentioned in the listing. We currently have a 5.94/5 rating on Airbnb and 9.8/10 on Booking.com. Nonetheless, we will try harder to manage your expectations next time.
