Clean, quiet, bright. Friendly people. Needs a little bit of clearing outside. Linen and towels super white. Curtains are beautiful but at night with the lights, it's too light; they need blockout curtains. Parking is outside the door. Coffee, tea and water were most welcome. Shower was good. TV was good. Bathroom window pane needs replacing. Window frame needs fixing and a good quality paint. Building and garden debris needs removing. The area is nice and quiet. The gate is difficult to lock.
