House Rules

Only guests with valid bookings may use the hotel services. Any additional requests must be arranged with reception in advance.

Only registered guests with valid ID documents may stay in the rooms.

Children are allowed only if included in the booking.

Check-in: From 15:00. Guests arriving early may use the hotel facilities while they wait.

Check-out: By 10:00. Rooms must be vacated by this time for cleaning.

Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items. Charges will apply.

All keys and remote controls must be returned to reception at check-out.

Loud music or disturbances are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise from TVs, music, and conversations low during this time.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside. A penalty will apply for smoking indoors.

No social gatherings are allowed in rooms. A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed on weekends only.

Any special requests or arrangements must be made directly with management, not with staff.

Laundry service is available weekly according to the booking.

Formal suits and undergarments (except socks) are not washed.

Guests can arrange laundry through reception.

Outside food is not allowed. Meals can be ordered at reception at reasonable prices.

Guests are encouraged to share feedback or report technical issues to reception as soon as possible.
