Description

Kiewiet is a self-catering house for up to 8 people in Struisbaai, and is just 500 m from the beach and harbour.

The spacious house comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area with a kitchen and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the other 3 rooms, each contains 2 single beds. The rooms share the use of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, and the other with a shower only. Guests please need to bring their own towels.

Open-plan kitchen with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, and guests can relax in the lounge.

Indoor and outdoor braai facilities are available for use. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.

Struisbaai offers various activities such as fishing, kayaking, surfing and kitesurfing, viewing the stingrays in the harbour as well as whale watching between July to August. Guests can also take the short 4 km drive to L'Agulhas to see the Quoin Point Lighthouse, the Cape Agulhas Lighthouse Museum, or explore the various hiking trails in the area.
