The property is accessed via a gravel road.

Base capacity: 2 guests; maximum capacity: 2 guests. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

No parties or events without prior written consent.

Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00 daily. The swimming pool and rooftop deck are off-limits during quiet hours. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum; noise monitoring is in use.

Please respect neighbours and comply with local parking regulations.

Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage; please use designated outdoor ashtrays.

Eating or drinking in bedrooms or the loft is not permitted. Please use the dining areas.

Please recycle using the bins provided.

Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when leaving; close windows and lock all doors.

Children must be supervised around the swimming pool at all times.

Refrain from swimming while consuming alcohol.

Report any damages or breakages promptly.

Right of admission is reserved.

The property is serviced daily during the week by cleaners (from 9:00) and a groundskeeper (from 8:00).

Anti-social behaviour, including inappropriate sexual conduct, public nudity, excessive noise, or breach of quiet times, may result in eviction.

Optional extras such as breakfast are available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
