Description
Kruger Park Farmstay is a charming cottage situated on a farm near Orpen Gate outside Hoedspruit. Fully solar-powered ensuring uninterrupted power supply during any power outages.
This cottage can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, and guests have the option of an additional single mattress. The en-suite bathroom has a beautiful view of the bushveld and is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It extends to a 4-seater dining table and opens to the lounge furnished with comfy couches.
Leading outside to the patio, there is a lovely outside area where guests can enjoy their meal with gas braai overlooking the Timbavati River. Additionally, guests can enjoy a picnic on the lawn and can also cool off in the swimming pool.
Guests keen on exploring around the farm might encounter giraffes, zebra, and other wildlife roaming the area. Additionally, there are ducks, geese, laying hens, bantam chickens, and other poultry, adding to the charm of the farm experience. The farm features extensive vegetable gardens and a fruit orchard, offering a diverse array of organic produce for guests to enjoy. Children can enjoy the large jungle gym and the unique spring-free trampoline.
