Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.

Children under 13 are not allowed. Please note that features such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools may pose safety risks.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.

A signed registration form is required before arrival to complete check-in.

Due to load-shedding in South Africa, electricity may be interrupted for 2.5 hours or more. Guests are encouraged to download the ESP – The Loadshedding App for updates. No compensation or discounts will be offered for power outages.

The property is in a quiet residential area. No noise or music audible to neighbours is allowed between 9 pm–7 am (weekdays) and 10 pm–7 am (weekends). No shouting or hooting is permitted at any time.

Visitors must be informed that parking is limited and may not block garages or driveways.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, including cancellation and theft cover.

Group bookings made up of solo travellers require approval. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.
