Guests should please refrain from rearranging the furniture.
No parties or events are allowed within the premises.
Guests should please refrain from making loud noises between 20:00-08:00.
Smoking is not allowed inside the premises, guests may smoke outside.
No pets are allowed.
Guests are asked to please switch the geyser on and off between uses.
Any loss or damages caused by guests will be charged at a cost.
The toddler balance bike available is only to be used outside the property.
Guests are requested to not damage the board games available.
Any overnight extra guests will be charged an additional per night fee
