Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Small pets are permitted only by prior arrangement.

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness throughout their stay.

Loud music is not permitted at any time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours. Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in or near the pool area. Pool hours are from 08:00 to 20:00. Glassware is not permitted in the pool area; guests must use the provided plastic cups and containers. Showering before entering the pool is required. Diving is not allowed. Unsupervised children are not permitted in the pool area.

Doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property. Guests should familiarise themselves with emergency exits and procedures.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

Minibus taxis are not permitted on the premises. Foul language, shouting, or fighting will not be tolerated.

All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
