House Rules

Please refrain from moving any furniture inside or outside. The noise of moving is disturbing other guests.

Any additional person sleeping over needs to pay extra.

Pets not allowed.

No events are allowed.

Quiet hours from 22 hours(ten o'clock at night) till seven in the morning.

No loud noise is allowed.

Smoke outside, not in the house or rooms.

No parties are allowed.

No aggressive behaviour or fighting, which will lead to a cancellation of the reservation and eviction.
