I want to express immense gratitude to the Lavender House staff. It was a real pleasure staying at Lavender House, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that everyone genuinely cared about our comfort and well-being. The warm welcome from the staff set a positive tone for our stay. A special mention goes to the security guard who kindly assisted us with our bags and umbrella during the rainy evening; his helpfulness made a significant difference. I also want to highlight how accommodating the team was regarding my father's immobility issue. Although I hadn't communicated this in advance, Roshnee quickly made arrangements to ensure he was accommodated in an appropriate room, and they did so at no additional cost. This level of thoughtfulness is truly commendable. It felt as though my family and I were treated like part of their own family, which is a rare and beautiful experience when travelling. The attention to detail throughout our stay was incredible. Thank you, Lavender House, for making our stay so memorable. Your compassion and dedication to your guests are evident, and we are sincerely grateful for everything you did to make us feel at home. We look forward to returning in the future!

Baie baie netjies, ruim en vriendelikheid. Het regtig baie lekker gebly, die kamers was lekker ruim en baie netjies en skoon en baie hulpvaardig toe ons laat weet dat ons gaan laat wees. Het ons toe baie vriendelik ontvang en was geen probleem vir Kyla nie. Was vriendelik en hulpvardig. Baie dankie Kyla, het dit baie waardeer!
