Situated on top of a hill overlooking the Outeniqua and the Swartberg mountains, Le Petit Karoo offers luxury tents and guest rooms in a tranquil setting. Located approximately 12 km outside of Oudtshoorn, this is a great option for families and couples seeking a peaceful getaway.

This lodge offers 6 guest rooms, a honeymoon suite and 2 structured tents. The guest rooms are all furnished with queen-size beds and some of the rooms include single beds or bunk beds suitable for children. The honeymoon suite contains a queen-size bed, while the 2 structured tents have a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, respectively. Each room and tent has its own bathroom fitted with either a shower or a bath or both.

All linen and bath and swimming towels are provided. Additionally, each room and tent has free Wi-Fi and a coffee station with a bar fridge. Each guest room includes a TV too. Outside each room and tent is a patio with seating where guests can enjoy a morning coffee.

Guests can relax beside the pool while the children enjoy the jungle gym. There are short and long hiking trails for those who enjoy walking with an abundance of birdlife in the natural Karoo flora and fauna. There are three different communal areas indoors for all to enjoy. One of these areas is a games room and the on-site restaurant has a lounge space with a fireplace. There is also a pool room with its own lounge area and a lapa next to the swimming pool where guests can braai.
