Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Check-in is strictly at 14:00 and check-out at 09:00. Additional charges may apply for early arrivals or late departures.
A strict no-noise policy is in place. Guests are expected to respect neighbours and staff at all times.
On departure, the unit must be left in the same condition as on arrival. Charges may apply if additional cleaning is required.
A breakage and damage deposit is required before arrival. Any damage exceeding the deposit will be billed to the guest.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
Units are let strictly according to the number of guests declared at booking. Additional guests will not be accommodated without prior arrangement and may incur extra charges.
No visitors are allowed on the premises at any time.
