Description

The Lions Valley Lodge offers all-inclusive accommodation that is situated in the Nambiti Private Game Reserve, in the heart of the KwaZulu-Natal Battlefields and is roughly one hour away from central Ladysmith. The lodge offers luxury accommodation and a chance to unwind in a picturesque setting.

Visitors to Lions Valley Lodge are accommodated in exclusive, freestanding thatched suites, offering guests maximum privacy. Each unit features a lounge area, a built-in fireplace and a mini-bar. The suites are also equipped with a digital safe, a hairdryer, bathrobes, air-conditioners in summer, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi.

Should a guest request a specific suite, the request will always be put through to the Lodge. However, the lodge management allocates the suites based on which suites are available on the day of check-in. Unfortunately, there may already be guests who have checked in on an earlier date in the suite you have requested, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee a particular suite.

Guests have access to the swimming pool at the Main Lodge, or they can simply laze around on their patio, enjoying the panoramic view over the game reserve and waterhole.

The Nambiti Private Game Reserve is home to the Big 5, as well as cheetah, hippo and over 30 species of plains game. Nature lovers will enjoy the area's biodiversity with Thornveld and majestic Acacia trees on the extensive grasslands, which mirror the plains of central Africa.
