Important Information – Please Read Before Booking

Children and infants are welcome at the property. However, guests with younger children should note that features such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools may pose safety risks. Children must be supervised at all times and stay at the guest’s own risk.

Pets are not permitted, and smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.

Please note that this property is only accessible via a flight of 50 stairs, which may not be suitable for all guests. On-street parking is available only, and is limited. Guests must ensure that visitors do not park in front of garages or driveways.

All guests will be required to complete a separate guest registration form prior to arrival to facilitate check-in.

Electricity and Load-Shedding

South Africa is currently subject to ongoing load-shedding—unscheduled electricity outages that can last for 2.5 hours or more. These power cuts are governed by national electricity providers and are unfortunately beyond our control. While most property owners have taken steps to reduce the impact on your stay, we recommend downloading the "ESP – The Loadshedding App" to help plan around outages. Please note that neither Turnkey365 nor the property owner will be liable for any refunds, discounts, or compensation due to power disruptions.

Noise and Neighbourhood Guidelines

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, and strict noise control rules are in place as mandated by the body corporate and city council. No parties of any kind are allowed. Guests must ensure that no music or noise is audible to neighbours between 9pm and 7am on weekdays, and between 10pm and 7am on weekends. Shouting or hooting in the street is not permitted at any time.

Group Bookings

Groups made up entirely of solo travellers must obtain approval before booking. Bachelor and bachelorette party groups are not permitted.

Travel Insurance

All guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover and protection against loss or theft of personal belongings.

Monthly Stays

For bookings with monthly discounts, please note the following:

Electricity will be for your own account.

Daily housekeeping is not included but may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DStv (if applicable) are included.

Reasonable water usage is included and monitored according to current city regulations.

Garden and pool maintenance will be provided when allowed.
