Smoking is not allowed. A fine of will be issued for any breach of this rule.
Please note that the communal swimming pool deck is scheduled for renovation starting in June 2025. During this period, there may be intermittent demolition noise and limited access to the area. Construction is expected to take approximately 6 weeks.

Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
