The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second with a double bed, the third with a queen-size bed, and the fourth with 2 single beds. The larger upstairs bedroom features a loft-style design with exposed timber rafters; while fully private, the ceiling remains open to showcase the beautiful wooden beams. The bathrooms are either fitted with a bath and shower or a shower only. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The living areas include a rustic kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher is also available for added convenience. The adjacent dining room features an 8-seater dining table and a wood-burning fireplace. Guests can relax in either the formal lounge or the TV lounge, both offering ample comfortable seating; the TV lounge also includes a wood-burning fireplace and a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout.
Upstairs, a dedicated work and study area is provided, along with a secondary, smaller TV lounge. The kitchen opens onto a deck with outdoor seating and a built-in braai, perfectly positioned to overlook Table Mountain. Guests can enjoy sweeping views during the day or watch the sun set in the evenings with a glass of wine and a board game. Secure parking is provided.
