Description
Ma Belle’s Place – Sleeper 4 comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the lounge area offers a double bed with privacy curtains. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet, and linen and bath towels are provided. This compact, lock-up-and-go unit is ideal for guests who don’t require a large lounge area. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a gas stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cutlery and crockery for convenient self-catering. Outside, guests can enjoy a small private patio with braai facilities and seating, enclosed by a wall for privacy from the main garden. Parking is available for one standard vehicle inside the property (larger vehicles can park on the grass area outside). The area is safe and secure. Rates are based on 2 guests sharing one bed. Should both beds be required, an additional one-off laundry fee applies. Bookings for 3 or more guests automatically include the use of both beds in the rate.

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis. Price quoted for 2 persons booking the 4 sleeper, include use of sharing 1 bed. Should 2nd bed be required, an additional once off fee required for extra laundry, this does not apply to bookings of 3 persons and more as already included in quotation.

Damage or breakages are to be advised before vacating.
The used dishes need to be washed, dried, and packed away.
There are pets on site on the owner's side of the property.
Please switch the lights and extractor fans off when they are not in use.
Cigarette buts must please not be thrown in flower beds and yards, smoking areas are provided by each unit.
Parking is available for 1 small vehicle for sleeper 2 and 4. Parking in front of the house on grass area is available for larger vehicles. Safe area.

The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, two-plate gas stove, and all essential utensils for convenient self-catering. There is no patio area, but guests can make use of a small side passage garden area suitable for smoking. This compact unit is ideal for short or extended stays where a large lounge or outdoor area is not essential. It is located at the front of the house near the main gate and is not suitable for young children. Secure parking for one standard vehicle or small SUV is available behind the gate, though space is limited.
