Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the estate.
Parking is available at the house.
For guests without a 4x4 vehicle, parking can be arranged at the Kosi Bay border, with transfers provided to the house.

The house is serviced daily by the housekeeper. There is no compulsory staff tip; however, a gratuity is always welcome.

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under-25s without parental/adult supervision.

No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
