From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm welcome and thoughtful touches that made the space feel like a true home away from home. The cottage itself is beautifully furnished, with a cozy living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and an inviting bedroom that promises a restful night’s sleep. Every detail, from the décor to the linens, has been carefully chosen to create an atmosphere of relaxation. Natural light fills the rooms while offering views of the Wetland Reserve and surrounding mountains. What made the stay truly special was the sense of peace that Malachite Cottage provides. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the veranda, taking a leisurely walk in the nearby countryside, or simply unwinding with a game of Backgammon by the fireplace, I felt completely at ease. Malachite Cottage is the kind of place where memories are made—a retreat that combines comfort, nature, and charm in perfect harmony. I left feeling refreshed, and I cannot wait to return.
