Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that the two double rooms are in a loft area, which is listed as a common area on the site.

No eating or drinking on the leather or antique couches — please use the outside braai area or dining table.

Turn off the lights when you leave a room or go to sleep.

No smoking inside the house.

The loft and downstairs lounge share the same power switch — bedside lamps can be used before switching off downstairs lights.

Closed cupboards and doors are private — please respect that.

Fridges in downstairs rooms are available for your use; an extra space is provided in the kitchen fridge.

Use only the designated dining areas for meals.

Keep noise to a minimum — other residents live on the property.

Lock all doors before bedtime.

Please take off your shoes inside to keep the house clean.

Report any damage.

Hang towels on bathroom hooks before you leave.

Power outlets are for your convenience — unplug devices when you go.

No open fires allowed.

Close windows when you leave.
