Marble Lodge, open spaces and spaces, with an emphasis on spaces, absolutely food for your soul. We had a wonderful stay for three days! Marble Lodge is 14 km from Kimberley and 40 km from Boshoff. We ended up in the VIP room, it is up stairs on the upper floor, it is beautiful, with a lounge, very spacious with the most beautiful furniture and decor, cupboards, kettle, towels, hairdryer and complimentary shampoo etc. Large bathroom with oval whirlpool bath, double shower single sink. Adjacent veranda. There is no fridge in the room, but you can buy cool drinks etc from the kitchen. The lower level is a spacious open plan area consisting of lounge, dining room and kitchen, where you can relax, eat, and just have fun. It opens onto a swimming pool and neat massive garden. Beyond the wall the view is just nature as far as the eye can see. Excellent cook who lives on site and delicious breakfasts and dinners are served at an extra cost, which is worth every penny. The hostess and staff are just incredible! Friendly and helpful, you are properly looked after. They go out of their way to accommodate guests. They play a big part in the incredible atmosphere that prevails there. We will definitely stay there again. It is with a feeling of satisfaction that you drive out of the gates.
