The Marcuskraal Chalets are situated on 'n citrus farm in the heart of the Olifants River Valley. Since the rates are aimed at the local market Marcuskraal is able to provide an affordable weekend getaway for guests who are keen to explore the exquisite regions of the Cederberg and the West Coast.

When booking, please be aware that the accommodation offers 2 types of accommodation of which only 4 chalets have a Jacuzzi. The accommodation comprises 6 Luxury rooms with a kitchenette, a braai on the verandah and have no Jacuzzi. The 4 chalets come equipped with comfortable beds, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, indoor braai, a veranda and a Jacuzzi.

Guests have access to a swimming pool located 50 m from the chalets.

Marcuskraal Chalet is about 20 km from Citrusdal and 2 hours from Cape Town. This location makes Marcuskraal ideal for weekend visitors in search of refuge from the city but who do not want to spend a significant part of the weekend behind the wheel. It is also ideal for travellers on the Cape to Namibia route. We are only 1.5 km from the N7 and a tar road leads from the N7 to the farm.
