House Rules

Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in.

ID/Passport is required at check-in.

Rates are quoted per day.

Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.

Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.

Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, provided a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given, and will incur an additional charge.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy allowing a reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
