Description
Marichel Unit 4 is a luxury apartment overlooking Thompson’s Bay in Ballito. It offers the perfect location for a family holiday, romantic breakaway or tranquil getaway.
The apartment offers 3 en-suite bedrooms with air-conditioning and the fourth bedroom has a guest facility and shower adjacent to it. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be converted to king-size beds on request. The unit also has a TV lounge, an open plan fully fitted kitchen, dining area and a more formal lounge which leads onto a large verandah with outside lounge and dining room table. There are full DStv facilities and free Wi-Fi is available.
There is a double lock up garage. The beach is accessible via a locked gate that is on the property and there is also a communal swimming pool at the entrance to this very secure complex. A gas braai is available. The unit is serviced every day except on Sundays and public holidays.
This exclusive Bali styled 12 apartment Marichel complex shares a fenced, communal swimming pool, private access to the beach, an unobstructed panoramic view of the sea, dolphin and whale watching; seasonal and a stunning landscaped garden.

The airport is situated approximately 20 km away. Durban, the closest city, is approximately 60 km away. Thompsons Bay has become labelled the Clifton Beach of KwaZulu Natal province and boasts an incredible stretch of pristine beach, rock pools and a lovely bathing area with shark nets and lifeguards for guests safety. It also offers a huge tidal pool; known as Charlie’s Pool for those that prefer calmer swimming conditions.
