Marina Beach House is a private self-catering holiday home, positioned on the water’s edge of Marina Da Gama. Natural wood and whitewashed furniture, and large open-plan entertaining spaces make this house the perfect Cape getaway. Marina Beach House is situated on an island with 1 security controlled access point and is extremely safe and secure.

Marina Beach House can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The house is cosy and stylishly decorated, with top-class features and finishes.

The first bedroom is located upstairs and contains a queen-size bed. An en-suite bathroom contains a shower, Victorian bath, a toilet and washbasin. The room opens to a small balcony with stunning views. The second bedroom is located downstairs and contains two twin single beds, with a door opening to the patio. The third bedroom, also downstairs, has a queen-size bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a double-door fridge with an ice machine, a dishwasher, and a large oven and microwave. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs with 4 extra chairs provided. The kitchen and dining area open to a sheltered courtyard area with a picnic bench and weber braai facilities. The lounge contains 2 single sleeper couches, an Apple TV (with DSTV via high speed fibre internet) and opens onto the enclosed glass braai area. There is a Jacuzzi and opens onto a beautiful deck on the water with outdoor dining furniture. Please note that the Jacuzzi is charged as an extra for those who wish to use it.

For those keen on heading out onto the water, a pedal boat is provided, perfect for a safe relaxing cruise with a glass of wine. For the more adventurous, a surf ski is available. Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars. Parking is safe and secure, the whole house is situated on an island with 24-hour security at the only access point.
