Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A refundable breakage deposit is required on check-in.

Please note that smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms or tents at the lodge, as it poses a fire hazard.

Quad bikes are not allowed at Mashudu Private Game Lodge, however 2-wheeler bikes are very welcome.

Wood and ice are for sale at the bar.

Any private functions must be pre-arranged directly with the lodge. The use of the bomas at the forest tent camp must also be discussed in advance, and if the bomas are used without approval, the deposit will be kept back for the cleaning of the bomas.

Day visitors are not permitted at all, and if guests wish to receive day visitors, they must please be arranged in advance at the lodge.
