House Rules

Additional Guests: Only allowed with prior approval and may incur an extra charge.

Smoking: Not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only—please use ashtrays provided. Cleaning fees apply if this rule is breached.

Noise & Conduct: This is a peaceful bush retreat. No parties, events, or loud music are allowed. Quiet hours: 18:00 – 06:00. Noise complaints may result in fines or eviction.

Pets: Not permitted in Marloth Park.

Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa will be cleaned before your arrival. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. Please report any maintenance issues immediately.

Energy & Water Conservation: Switch off lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use. Use water sparingly.

Pool Safety: No glass near the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.

Wildlife Awareness: Monkeys and baboons may take snacks, sunglasses, or shiny items. Keep personal belongings secure.

Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving. Contact Management immediately if the alarm is triggered.

Fire Safety: Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Wildlife Feeding: Do not hand-feed animals. Only approved pellets or lucerne may be offered.

Safety After Dark: Walking or cycling between 18:00 and 06:00 is not allowed.

Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused and for their personal belongings. The property is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss.

Non-Compliance: Breaching these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
