House Rules

Guests are kindly requested to bring their own swimming towels.
One small pet (e.g. a cat or small-breed dog) may be permitted by prior arrangement.
Pets must be kept inside the unit or in the backyard and may only be taken into the front communal area under direct supervision.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets daily, including the removal of faeces from private and common areas.
Please be mindful of noise levels at all times. No loud music or television is permitted between 22:00 and 07:00.
Parties are only allowed on Saturdays and must be communicated to neighbouring units in advance.
Braai facilities may only be used in the designated indoor braai area or private backyard. Braaiing is not permitted on common property.
A maximum of 2 vehicles may be parked directly in front of the unit. Additional vehicles must park on the paved parking bays outside the complex.
Vehicles and motorcycles are to remain on paved surfaces only. Parking or driving on the grass is strictly prohibited.
When entering or exiting through the main gate, please allow it to open fully before proceeding. Do not interrupt the gate’s operation by manually closing it; allow the gate to complete its automatic cycle.
Please do not hang laundry on the front balcony or palisade fencing where it is visible from common areas.
The discharge of firearms, pellet guns, or fireworks on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Children are not permitted to play ball games within the complex.
The use of skateboards, roller skates, or similar equipment on driveways is not allowed for safety reasons.
