House Rules

The reception shop offers unique Millstream souvenirs, apparel, and ice.
Mobile phone reception varies by cottage.
No pets are allowed, except service animals with prior arrangements.
Motorcycles are not permitted.
No smoking is allowed.
Guests may host day visitors, subject to a non-refundable fee of R50 per car per day, payable at reception.
Day visitors may use all farm facilities except fishing.
A R500 hold is placed on the main member’s credit card or a R500 cash deposit is required at check-in. The hold is released, or the deposit refunded, after departure if no issues are found.
Damages under R100 will be automatically charged to the card; for costs exceeding R100, guests will be notified before charges are applied.
Always lock your cottage when stepping out or retiring for the night. Store valuables in the keypad safe.
