Description
Miramar 3 is a beautiful self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in Thompson's Bay. The complex has direct beach access, making it ideal for a family holiday.
This first-floor unit can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are en-suite and are comfortably furnished with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have a sea-facing balcony. The bathrooms are fitted with a bath and a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms contain 2 child-only single beds, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. These bedrooms share the use of the third bathroom and guest toilet, which is fitted with a bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan, air-conditioned living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available in the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is a 10-seater dining table a lounge with comfortable couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels.
The living area opens onto a balcony with breathtaking sea views, outdoor seating, as well as a gas braai. Guests have access to a double lock-up garage with internal access to the apartment. The complex also offers guest access to the communal swimming pool.
