Room was clean, good setup and had all I expected to have. My stay was good; however, there was an issue with the initial room. The TV was not working, and I had to be moved to another room.

Hi Paul, you forgot to mention the cost of your reservation. You can't expect a 5-star experience at that amount. Even if I were to refund you, you would not have found any accommodation at that amount. I also see you had all the time that you ended up counting blind strips, and taking measurements for the curtains and everything.
