Fern Room: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

Meals, transport, and laundry are not included.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Please use designated smoking areas and be that neat tidy smoker you can be.

All electrical devices and appliances should be switched off when leaving the room
please.

Vehicles should be kept/parked properly in the designated parking bay areas, Do not
block the driveway.

Cooking in any form using gas, oven, heater, or Hot Plate is not allowed inside the rooms, except in the self-catering rooms with appliances supplied.

Valuables should be kept under safe custody. The owner no staff will be held liable for any losses.

Please report any inoperative equipment, damages, or faults immediately via call or WhatsApp to the hosts.
