Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed in the house. Please smoke outside.

No pets are allowed on the premises. There are already 4 dogs on the premises.

Please note that loadshedding is a factor. A loadshedding schedule will be provided but there is a generator on site that will operate during loadshedding times at night and during the day if requested. Note that the generator makes noise.

Only flush toilet paper for the sake of the septic tank.

No fireworks or crackers are allowed on the premises and you will be fined if you do use them on the property.
