Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R350 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A breakage deposit is charged. Returned within 7 days of check-out if no accidental breakages took place.

Please inquire about a cleaning service if needed. We do not allow other cleaners at the apartment.
A cleaning service is available every 4th day for an additional fee per unit.

Clean linen and towels are available for an additional fee per unit if requested before the 8th day of stay.
