No smoking anywhere in the apartment or estate; smoking violation incurs a R1500 cleaning fee and possible fines.

No parties, gatherings, or loud music.

Only booked guests may stay overnight; no visitors allowed.

No bookings made on behalf of others.

No firearms, weapons, illegal substances, or illegal activities allowed.

The apartment must be kept secure at all times.

Positive ID required for estate entry; no ID means no access and no refunds or host liability.

No bookings during Rage Festival; guests must be 25+ during Rage week.

Quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM; keep noise low at all times due to neighbors.

Guests are responsible for any Body Corporate fines plus a R1000 handling fee.

No cleaning service for short stays; weekly cleaning and linen changes for longer stays.

Additional cleaning available at R195 per day.

Laundry is self-service; no laundry service is provided.

Basic cable TV and Netflix included; premium DStv available at R40 per day.

Self check-in with smart-lock code active from 3 PM to 10 AM
