Ocean View 21 is a self-catering holiday home situated in Marina Beach.

Outside on the balcony, there is a braai, a cast iron table with 6 chairs, and a large umbrella for enjoying the sea views. The property is fenced all around with a remote gate and includes a single garage for 1 vehicle, as well as inside parking for a second vehicle and trailer.
Marina Beach is a village with abundant nature and wildlife. It is pleasant to walk around the village and on the beach. There are monkeys, bushbucks, blue duikers, and a variety of birds in the area. A small shop is located at the entrance of Marina Beach, along with a takeaway at Sherwood Forest. The area boasts a blue flag beach with a tidal pool, as well as a second beach, Kent Bay, which is suitable for walking or fishing and features a lagoon.
