This is a non-smoking apartment, but you're welcome to use the balcony or outdoor areas if needed.
Kindly be mindful of fellow residents by keeping noise levels to a minimum. Please note that parties are not permitted within the estate to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Kindly note that, in line with Estate guidelines, clothing, washing, and other items may not be hung or stored on the balcony. To make things easier, we’ve provided a clothes dryer in the kitchen for your convenience.
