Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 22:00 PM and 06:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly note that no under-25s without parental/adult supervision.

There is a full-time housekeeper; her compulsory daily staff tip is R50.00 per day, which includes the day of your arrival and departure.
