Only Sometymz offers an entire self-catering home in the seaside town of Yzerfontein. No owners on the property and ideally situated 500 m from a secluded beach near the harbour and the main beach, part of the renowned 16 Mile Beach of Yzerfontein.
This pet-friendly, double-storey home is decorated in a modern minimalist style and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen and living area upstairs. The downstairs level contains the bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access to the third bathroom, which is fitted with a shower and a bath. There is a separate guest toilet available upstairs. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The top level comprises the open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas stove and oven, electric frying pan, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cappuccino machine, sandwich maker and egg boiler. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and black bags are provided.
The adjacent lounge features an indoor braai, a Smart TV with streaming facility, a pool table, games, and books. The living area leads out to a balcony with a dining table, chairs, and loungers, offering scenic views of the surrounding area.
The downstairs area leads out to a spacious, fully enclosed garden, ideal for children or pets to play safely. The outdoor space features a patio and an additional braai facility. Additional amenities include free uncapped Wi-Fi and on-site parking.
