The Owl Cottage McGregor - Highly recommended. We've had the pleasure of staying at the Owl Cottage, and we were impressed with the outstanding facilities, tasteful decor and an extensive library that proved useful for all possible needs and interests. The Owl Cottage was very neat and tidy and, in addition, offers a sparkling pool and cosy inside fireplace. A Weber was provided for our braai. As frequent travellers, we are delighted to say that the Owl Cottage has set a new standard for self-catering accommodations. Robert and Nell are superb hosts. We recommend the Owl Cottage without any hesitation.

Lovely stay. Owl Cottage was a fantastic stay. Really clean, spacious and well equipped. Gordon was a really great and communicative person to deal with, and Max (the cat) was an excellent welcoming party. Would recommend.

Great hosts, spacious, luxurious Owl Cottage McGregor, well located to explore McGregor. Our stay started with a warm welcome by our hosts, and we then thoroughly enjoyed the bright, spacious, comfy and luxurious room and other amenities. We enjoyed the location and being able to wander through the streets of McGregor. While the winter nights were chilly, we made up for it by enjoying the fireplace and the various other heating devices available to us. I can imagine that in summer, the double volume interior will be ideal for creating a cool feel.

Gerieflik en funksioneel. Ja, ons het lekker gebly. Ons sou net graag 'n ingeboude braaiplekkie of ten minste 'n Weber braai wou gehad het. Die gasbraaitjie met staalplaat werk nie lekker vir braai nie, en is nogal 'n effort om mooi skoon te maak. Sou ook graag bietjie beter kopkussings vir slaap wou gehad het. DStv het meestal nie gewerk nie, maar ons het sommer die program of twee wat ons graag wou kyk, op 'n tablet gestream.
