Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.

In accordance with body corporate regulations, all guests — both local and international — must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm the booking, guest verification is mandatory

Guests ID or passport is required at check-in.

A R 295 booking fee is charged per booking.

This property has an refundable breakage deposit. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.
A Departure Cleaning Fee is charged per booking.

Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.

No smoking inside the house.

Do not use the upstairs braai/ BBQ.

Indoor furniture is not to be moved outside.

Garage not available for guest use (please utilise parking directly in front of the house, without obstructing the roadway.

Please bring your own beach towels, provided towels are not to be taken to the beach.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Guests are kindly advised that, in order to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
