House Rules

Please refrain from making loud noise between 22:00 and 07:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
No smoking is permitted inside the apartment.
No parties or events are allowed.
No pets are permitted on the premises.
Kindly keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
Please do not leave doors or windows open while the air conditioning is running.
Switch off all air conditioning units when leaving the apartment.
Laundry must only be hung on the provided clothes drying rack inside the apartment.
In case of accidental spills on carpets or upholstery, please use the Vanish stain remover located in the cupboard to the right of the fridge, and follow the instructions carefully.
When bins are full, kindly dispose of the garbage bags in the building’s designated garbage room — security can assist in directing you.
If cleaning is required during your stay, please contact us in advance. Cleaning services are available on weekdays only and will incur an additional charge.
