We did not receive a WiFi pin code. Safe secure area. However, there was dust under the bed and no sugar; milk was left out. We returned from an event at 12 am and the shops were closed. We expected at least to have a beverage before bed and in the morning on departure.

Thank you for your stay, Marika. Please note the WiFi password was sent to you via our info booklet PDF, which we mentioned you needed to read through; this PDF contains all information needed for your stay. In Paarl, shops do not stay open past 20:00, so this is naturally and understandably out of our control, and your responsibility to purchase food and beverages for this self-catering unit. There is, however, a petrol station up the road where you would have been able to purchase beverages, etc. Lastly, there is coffee, tea, and sugar in our kitchen for guests; we do not offer complimentary milk. We hope to welcome you again.
