Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 PM to 08:00 AM. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Check-in is between 14:00 PM and 18:00 PM, with checkout by 10:00 AM.

Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbours, as some are residents. Parties and school leaver bookings, including those for the rage weekend in November or early December, are not permitted under complex rules.

Any bookings violating these rules must be cancelled by the guest. The unit is thoroughly cleaned before arrival, and additional cleaning services can be arranged with the host for a small fee.

There is only space for 1 car to park safely behind the gate in front of the garage. Any other vehicle can be parked outside on the lawn.
